You need to purchase a ticket each time you receive out technical support. The person without a ticket can not request our technical support.
After purchasing a ticket, write us your problems and questions to support email address (we will inform you later).

This course provides technical support up to 20 times in one month. If you received 20 times of technical support in one month and wish more of the support, you need to purchase more tickets.
The tickets expire at the end of the month and can not carry forward.

Our technical support accepts flaws and questions that include classified information, which Magento-JP does not accept.  
For the definition of classified information, please refer to FAQ section. 
The goal of this support is to help customers solve problems on their own, not to solve the problems for them.
For those who expect us to fix and solve actual flaws, please read Magento technical support(with actual operation). 

Support fee
Basically, support fee is charged by annual terms. After that, PayPal will automatically renew the contract on the day the first purchase was made.
We will charge PayPal the support fee, once our customers register their credit cards information in PayPal.
